Psychological Pain? When youth suffer stresses, depression ?


Psychogenic pain is the term for pain that is primarily caused by psychological factors, such as depression and anxiety feelings of guilt, anguish, fear, panic, Failure, loneliness, and helplessness. Intense 'unbearable' mental (psychological) pain is defined as an emotionally based extremely aversive feeling which can be experienced as mental torture/pain/suffering.



As we can see ourselves that when a thing either gone wrong or right, impact direct go to our mind like for wrong you start thinking over it why and how it happened, etc and when something good happens you start thinking with relaxing and happily with positive images. There is a psychology game. Every person in his/her life may pass through such matters as none in the world are perfect whoever they are passing through negative things in a different way, for example, a rich man have a better lifestyle and of course, they might very happy, but on the other hand they have negative things about theirs assets, profits/loss, and this led them in depression. Also, the middle class and the poor man also have. In short, everyone has a positive as well as a negative impact on the mind.

Hence according to the researcher, we shouldn't take the negative things so seriously. Going over and over the unpleasant or disappointing experiences in your life, whether real or imagined, takes its toll on your well-being. Like a scar that you pick at over and over again, it will leave a permanent mark unless you learn how to stop
psychological pain is you know a kind of unclear thing, you may call it nebulous, that we can't understand easily what and why it is happening.

When you are having depression of something, calling inside pointing yourself that you are nothing, why you got to fail, you are looser, you're guilty, etc. Also, You will not admit it to other that you're feeling well mentally but don't worry there is self-medication as you may pretend to be yourself fit to impress your subconscious mind, start doing some funny moments, talk to the friends and do all possible thing which brings you happy moments. Perhaps you think that you are mentally fit but you will not understand as I said it is an unclear thing.
How will you notice that you are stressed out, I mean you are under stress?

  • When you are having depression or anxiety, anger, irritability, or restlessness, Feel, unmotivated, or unfocused.
  • Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much.
  • Racing thoughts or constant worry.
  • Problems with your memory or concentration.
  • Making bad decisions.

Remember, by dwelling on the thought of fear, worry, anger, hate, failure, you will become very depressed and unhappy. 
It is clearly mentioned in psychology books that your habit when fall in the subconscious mind then that habit becomes your most recognized one. Your mind will not take much time to pass that habit. Therefore you should have only positive thoughts for happy living and relax your stressed mind.


How to overcome your stress pain/ heal mental illness?

   I will come directly to the point here not going again to explain further as explained in better way above paragraphs.
  1. Sadness is a natural emotion that is associated with loss and disappointment. Hence you have to forget the incidence, events, rethinking habit over a lost thing.
  2. Anger is a basic human emotion. It releases adrenaline, which increases muscle tension and speeds up breathing. Hence when there happens some anguish moments, you have to control yourself of being scolding, threatening, beating the opponent. Your thought is action and the reaction is the automatic response of your subconscious mind.
  3. Thinking positively improves your psychological well-being. In turn, as your psychological well-being improves, it becomes easier to think positively and feel good overall.
  4.  Anxiety ruins our equilibrium of your function, colors our mood, and makes all the already hard tasks of living that much harder. Suppose when you are going for an exam you may feel anxiety about the paper, may start negative thoughts but you should avoid it, why to fret.
  5. Among all these one of the best solutions to get rid of stress is Physical exercise. Most of the people taking the exercise as easy and are not aware of its benefit. when you are isolated in a room for many hours even days then you will start overthinking over past moments unnecessarily. you should have some physical exercise by any means.
  6.  Being in quarantine you should make your schedule effectively instead of stick to one thing for the whole day.
  7. Whenever you feel tired of being using something then leave it there and do someother thing which brings you freshness like talking, move out, phone call to friend etc. By doing this your mind becomes relax.
