 when a student completes his 12th standard he/she somehow insists from internal or external pressure in thinking about his career after 12th study. Many students opt courses after 12th which is not interested or opted by their choices, but Their mentors,Teachers or Parents suggested it.

Which course should be selected after 12th?.

This is one of the most confound periods in the students’ life. Try to overcome this stage wisely with guidance from elders. Don't worry, if You have chosen PCM group or PCB group or Commerce or Arts in 12th standard. 

It means you have chosen your area of interest. Do not surprise or tense. You have done your best. But yes, of course, if you wish to change your field for higher studies, you can go through many options according to your interest.
Let's take an example of our region Ladakh (kargil+Leh).

Earlier there were less number of students who used to apply for various entrance exams for higher studies in various field like NEET( earlier jkcet), IIT JEE (earlier AIEEE), skaust and so on and all because of lack of counseling, guidance. But by the grace of God today there are various organisation to organises the session for the students. Now with the passage of time there is increases in the number of applicants. Student almost 75% of 12th pass out each year apply for the various state as well as national level entrance exams to go for professional courses.
There are lots of scope after 12th but one must ensure that he/she take that field as per interest.          

• A student having Art stream in 12th standard can pursue his further study in art, humanities, management, media, fashion, journalism and tourism field.

• A student having PCB or biology in 12th standard can pursue his further study in medical, pharmacy, science research and all art group fields.

• A student having PCM or Math in 12th standard can pursue his further study in engineering & technology, pharmacy, architecture, and all art group fields.
•       Engineering career

• Students can opt for management courses at bachelor levels such as Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis (BFIA).

Also others fields are law(LLB) , management, fashion, textile, social work and library science.
     As you can get lots of courses after 12th to set your career as per your area of interest.
